The Center for Advanced Training (CPK) provides flexible training for specialists with an emphasis on practice, modernity and the real needs of economic sectors.
The Center for Advanced Studies operates on the basis of the University Charter and the Regulations on the Center, approved by the management and the Academic Council. The document defines the goals, structure, and main areas of work of the Center.

The goal is to train and improve the qualifications of personnel taking into account the current and future needs of the labor market. The tasks are to implement programs, develop competencies and ensure sustainable personnel provision for industries.
The CPK conducts educational programs, monitoring professional requests, methodological support, assessment of qualifications and career guidance support.
The CPK may be an independent division or part of an academic department. Example: the Center for Advanced Training of Faculty at a university.
