The KUKA laboratory at AUES is a high-tech educational platform focused on studying industrial robotic systems and automated production processes.

The center of the laboratory is real industrial KUKA robots, with which students work directly. Practical classes cover all stages of interaction with robotics - from basic programming to integration into production lines.

Educational opportunities:

  • programming robots in the KUKA.WorkVisual environment;

  • simulating movements and performing typical production tasks;

  • integrating a robot with external devices and sensors;

  • studying the basics of mechatronics and industrial interfaces.

The laboratory is used in bachelor's, master's and engineering special courses. It not only forms applied skills, but also opens up opportunities for scientific research and participation in interuniversity engineering projects. KUKA is a step towards digital production and Industry 4.0.
