The Honeywell training laboratory, located in room A429 at the Institute of Automation and Information Technology, is designed to train specialists in the field of industrial automation, process control and digitalization of production.

This is a high-tech platform that provides students with access to modern control systems and Honeywell industrial standards. The laboratory helps to master key competencies in demand in the oil and gas, energy and chemical industries. The laboratory's capabilities include:

  • Working with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and Honeywell controllers;

  • Studying the architecture and configuration of SCADA platforms;

  • Modeling and managing technological processes in real time;

  • Conducting laboratory work, scientific research and advanced training courses.

The Honeywell laboratory is integrated into educational programs and opens the way for students to professional training at the level of international industrial automation standards.
