The Center for Advanced Training has completed a series of courses on current areas of energy and automation.

Today, October 17, 2025, the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications Center for Advanced Training concluded the latest cycle of professional programs aimed at developing the competencies of specialists in energy and industrial enterprises.

The training included courses on the following topics:

– "Automation of Discrete Technological Processes on Simatic 300, 1200, and 1500 Controllers (Siemens)";

– "Setup of Water Chemistry Processes at Thermal Power Plants";

– "Installation and Repair of Electrical Equipment in Electrical Networks";

– "Water Treatment, Water Management, and Chemical Monitoring at Thermal Power Plants";

– "Operation of Steam and Hot Water Boilers";

– "Safety in Control and Management Systems."

Representatives from various energy companies and industrial enterprises attended the training, creating a professional platform for exchanging experiences and discussing current industry issues.

Each program focused on the practical application of knowledge and met the modern requirements of the energy sector. Participants mastered advanced equipment diagnostic and maintenance methods, principles of automation and digitalization of production processes, and the safety and reliable operation of process systems.

Upon completion of the training, participants received certificates of advanced training, confirming their readiness to implement modern technologies and improve the efficiency of enterprises in the context of energy transformation.
