The latest information tour for representatives of the AlPP company was organized by the Center for Advanced Training.

Almaty Power Plants JSC is a strategic partner of Almaty University of Communications. As part of this collaboration, a number of advanced training courses are planned for the company's employees this year. Particularly important will be training using the 410 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Simulator, the capabilities of which were demonstrated to colleagues from AlES—Zhanar Sabikenova, Head of the Training Center, and Baglan Azimkhanov, Chief Specialist of the Operations Service. This simulator is designed for training and advanced training of specialists in the field of thermal energy and is capable of simulating the operation of a combined cycle power plant under conditions as close as possible to real-life operation. The simulator reproduces the technological processes of the gas turbine and steam turbine sections, the waste heat boiler, cooling systems, fuel supply, automation, and protection. Following the information tour, colleagues from AlES expressed their intention to organize training for their company's specialists using this simulator and to continue their collaboration with the APES Advanced Training Center.
